To create My Little Garden snacks, we get our inspiration from the purity and generosity of the Mediterranean land. That is why we use only natural ingredients, grown in our Mediterranean garden, where we get our grains, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, lemons and herbs.

We use unique recipes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, to create a balanced and delicious snack, with nothing inside but pure ingredients, along with the care and love we have for everything that our land provides us with.

SESAMIS BIO BARS 2.500 years ago͕ Herodotus (the so called ͞father of History)  mentions in his scripts the recipe and the production method used for sesame seed snacks. One of the most precious treasures of the ancient Greek diet is sesamis the ancestor of the famous modern Greek pasteli  (sesami snacks made of sesame and honey).  Being a tasteful and energizing treat, it was consumed by ancient Greek children, soldiers and athletes. Using simple, genuine and innovative methods helped us to evolve the ancient recipe. We first soak sesame seeds for 12 hours and then we grind a big portion of it in order for the human body to be able to absorb its valuable ingredients See Presentation
