IQF Frozen Fruits
High quality fresh fruits selected carefully each year by our farmers under our agronomists instructions and temporarily stored in the warehouse at 4°C and treated as soon as possible. First roughly mechanically cleaned to remove coarse impurities followed by further washing machines and showers with inspection fruits (removal of rotten fruit and other uninhabitable). Conditional fruits are calibrated (>16mm) removed pit, and now it freezes through flow IQF tunnel.
